To enter MM&M Awards 2017, please follow the instructions below.

The entry form will vary for each category. Please refer to each category for specific information required. To view the entry kit, please click here.

All entries must be submitted and paid online.

You may enter your information in the entry form and save it to return at a later date. When you are ready to submit your entry, please click 'add to cart' and then checkout to submit payment. The fee to enter is $365 per entry.

Entries must be received by 6:00 pm EST on Monday, April 10. 

Late entries will be received until Monday, April 24, however, all nominations received after 6:00 pm EST on April 10, 2017 will incur a penalty of $215 per entry.
